Afterwards it's quite easy, but may took some time to do it. My mce remote worked fine with Vista and mce remote plugin.
It's working fine in Win 7x64, but you have to use Ir-server, translator and tray launcher. I found instructions from the Forum how to make Mediaportal starting with green button. Then I realised that back, stop, rewind and fastforward and some else buttons won't work at all. I found that in Mediaportal setups were wrong settings in remote section. Correct ones are:
1. Use Microsoft remote
2. Use general hid device( This one is important !)
3. Use Sceneo map mouse clicks to 'ok' and 'info' button
Now my mediaportal work 1.0.2.0 and Windows 7x64-bit works great with all buttons in Microsoft mce remote
