Hi,
Yesterday, i installed mediaportal 1 on 3 windows pcs.
The server is a windows 7 32bit and the other are: 1 windows 8 32bit and a windows 10 64bit. I think i have disabled IPV6 on all machines adapters.
The MP1 client on the server can show the DVB-C tv channels delivered by the old Cinergy C HD PCI. The tv-guides work fine.
Obviously, the installation created a set of windows firewall rules on all machines.
However, i have not had any success watching tv on any of the clients without disabling firewalls entirely on both client and server (both private and public settings).
The streaming servers rtsp on the local net is like this : rtsp://192.168.8.110:554/stream3.0 but i cannot open this in e.g. VLC. This also does not work on the other client pcs.
My question is: Can anyone provide details of firewall rules that they have working? Or give a hint to what can be the problem?
