Windows go to ½ windos size (1 Viewer)

The fixed that were in Mediaportal 1.4 included solves a lot of Problems, especially the annoying Windows 7 Half & Full Screen Problem.
In the beginning of 1.4 there was no problems, but now, it goes to ½ screen size everytime i start up.
Didn't know there has been a fix, but it seems not to be working, can anyone help ??

........ i used too, need to check up on that, when im home tomorrow ....( it should be selectet, but ....just need to be sure )

Also, please provide a full log file (start in Debug mode) and maybe a screenshot?
