I was curious. I just bought Windows 7 ultimate and i noticed that it has rather decent divx/xvid and other kinds of media file support straight out of the box.. and then i began to wonder if these native codecs would be compatible with MediaPortal as they are and not have to install anything else..
and i also wondered if installing k-lite codec mega pack would cause problems with win7 since it is now competing against those things. and whether i would have to figure out how to uninstall all those native ones to get k-lite to work without issue.. or any codec pack to work.
