The issues that I see are:1. When scanning it only scans channels 2-69.&nbsp; &nbsp; The cards is capable of both ATSC and QAM. I read somewhere that ATSC is limited to channel 69. How do I make MediaPortal see that this is a QAM tuner??2. During scanning the signal strength for the channels does seem non-zero.
