WinTV 8 Doesn't Show any Channels (1 Viewer)

I have 64-bit Windows 10 Pro and a WinTV HVR-2250 TV card. The card shows up in Device Manager with no exclamation point. WinTV 8 software (version 33195) installs but doesn't ask if I want to search for channels. After the install, I tried to add channels manually but the box that shows installed tuners is empty and the Add Channels box is ghosted. How can I get WinTV to recognize the card? Why did it install at all if it couldn't see the 2250?

WinTV is Hauppauge's software. We're not able to help you with that. I suggest you contact Hauppauge support.
