Download the file&nbsp; 2. Extract the contents to a temp directory&nbsp; 3.&nbsp;&nbsp; Then open Sofware_Encoder_Setup_1_1_24013.exe (or whatever the updated version may be) with ?WinZip or WinRAR.&nbsp; 4. Extract Mceesmpeg.ax etc to a folder which you will not delete. i.e. c:\drivers\hauppauge&nbsp; 5. Now at the command prompt in the folder you extracted it to type REGSVR32 Mceesmpeg.ax This will bring up a dialog box, click on ok then exit the command prompt.You now have the Encoder installed which is required to make these cards work with MediaPortal.</blockquote>
