WinTV-PVR-150 MCE conflict with NVIDIA Board? (1 Viewer)

I would like to know if anyone is familiar with how well the WinTV-PVR-150 MCE works with a NVIDIA board. I am very uneasy with TV Cards since my bad experience a while back with NVIDIA and ATI TV Cards. They would often shut my computer completely off. Scared me half to death!

I don't use an MCE version, but I have a 150, and Roslyn 250 that play well with a NFORCE2 board.

I guess I should have asked before daring to buy a ATI eh?

Ah well. I should probably be realllllllll specific. This is my configuration as of this point in my PC.

MSI K8N Neo4 - NVIDIA nForce 4

EVGA Video Card (NVIDIA GeForce 6600GT)

Anyone think the or more specifically, know if the WinTV-PVR-150 MCE would work with my system.
