Just an idea for those interested. I have my media center pc in the living room and my boss at work was showing me this http://www.wirelessdefender.net/ then I got the idea maybe it would work great for the media pc. This way when you walk in the door after work the tv starts or even music starts in media portal and if you want to get really fancy I think they are working on plugins to have it do other things hooked up to the pc such as lights.
