Wishlist for the EPG (1 Viewer)

Hi,

before I start to beg for several improvements from the busy team I'd like to thank you for providing this state of the art software! You have turned impossible into possible by changing my wife's opinion about having a computer in livingroom.

Some things that I'd like to see on the next versions:
- searching from the epg: At the current version there's a search function only by a starting letter. I would like to enter eg. a word "simpsons" and see the results searched from all epg data even if the program name is "The Simpsons" starting with T.

- repeating programs on EPG: while scheduling recordings from the EPG I'm only able to schedule one program - not the coming programs eg. every week (please educate me if I'm wrong with this one). I'd like to be able to choose eg. "every week from this channel" or any other possibilities that I see on the "Search from epg" section.

- conflicts: While scheduling programs in the "Search from EPG" section I'd like to see immediate notice if the scheduled program causes conflicts. ( Just one tuner card and there's so much to record :-( )

The repeating part work allright for me. My MP i localized so I'm not sure what the option is... "advanced recording" maybe

Oh yeah! I jumped this thread since I too have a wish.
What I'd really like is when your browsing the EPG and step left or right you should move to the next show regardless of the "width/length" of the one you're standing on. What do you think about this?

It works. I was just using other method which wasn't that sophisticated.
So now there's only two wishes left (in addition to my endless list)

I noticed some discussions about web based epg and I'll take a closer look into those if I manage to find extra time somehow.
