I have and ATI HD3450 and have been unable to get hardware acceleration to work for WMV (VC-1) files in Mediaportal. It works fine for me in Media Player Classic - Home Cinema (10% CPU), but not in Media Player Classic, PowerDVD, or Mediaportal (70% CPU). I had it working but after reinstalling Windows I'm unable to get it to work again. I don't remember having to do anything special before. I have tried VMR9, EVR, and various different decoders with no luck. Anyone have any idea what I might be missing?
