Won't install (1 Viewer)

Tried installing the normal release and the beta, but it continues to pop up an error saying "No Internet Connection found! To continue the installation an active Internet connection is required". This makes no sense when I am now searching the Internet for information why it won't install. My internet connection is fine!

Have you got a firewall installed that would be blocking the installer from accessing the internet?

Just had windows default firewall on. Had already considered that as an issue and turned it off, but same problem without any firewall on at all. Also tried running is as administrator (Windows 7). Still same weird problem...

Does your computer have more than one networking port? If you do, try temporarily disabling the extra ones in Windows. I wouldn't think it should cause an issue (I have 2 wired - one unconnected - plus an unused wireless interface), but you never know...
