Basically I'm having a hell of a time trying to get MP working. Every time I build my machine something goes wrong :-(. I'm losing my nerve very slowly... Anyway - when I launch MP or the MP Config, no matter if I've selected it or not, the splash screen pops up, and then the dialogue box asking about normal or advanced mode comes up. Again - this happens if I am launching MP or the config. I select advanced, then "dont ask me again" and click OK. The splash screen does its stuff, and then dissapears...an then nothing happens. My CPU goes spastic at either very high or 100% useage and all I can do is reset my machine. After I restart it I try again and exactly the same thing happens. It asks me the same question and the cycle repeats. I had it all working under the Windows 7 beta not more than 2 days ago but decided to go back to XP because the beta is not obviously a long term solution. But now it just won't work :-( Has anyone encountered this problem and found a solution for it per chance? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Regards, - Matt [/QUOTE]
