Media portal simply wont load

I have uploaded the log file here:

I think your problem is the video card - it needs to be a DirectX 9 capable graphics card, which I don't think the Nvidia Geforce3 TI 200 is?

its worked before tho.. it just stopped working all of a sudden :?

Perhaps it helps to reinstall DirectX 9.0c.

You could also try to update your gfx drivers to the latest version.

Have you been testing some skins or something, seems like you have problem with the MyWeatherOverlay?

ive already reinstalled dx, ive completely uninstalled and reinstalled mp too.

and yeh i have been experimenting with other skins.

Hi,
In MediaPortal folder -> plugins -> windows, make sure that the MyAdditionalScreen2.dll, MyAdditionalScreen.dll & WeatherOverlay.dll it's not in there.

Did you install MP to a fresh folder without old files in it?

no i reinstalled it to the same folder but i went and deleted those files and now it works.
