Wrong selection with 1 button menu (1 Viewer)

MediaPortal Version: 2.3 RC2 Revision:16208
Windows Version: Windows Vista
CPU Type: Intel Core2Duo T7700
HDD: Fujitsu 160gb
Memory: 2048mb RAM
Motherboard: Macbook Pro
Video Card: NVIDIA Geforce 8600M GT

I started on a new skin (https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/showpost.php?p=191385&postcount=11) and i'm using 1 button in the main menu. The problem is that the selection you see isn't the selection you choose. I think the problem is that it doesn't display the correct selection but the third selection.

the usual 5 button menu:
item1
item2
item3 <-- selection
item4
item5

the 1 button menu:
item1
(item2)
(item3) <-- selection
(item4)
(item5)
so you see item1 and selects item3.

The way I can fix it is by manually change the value <numberOfButtons> in myhome.xml from 5 to 4 to 3 to 2 to 1.
