x1.3 playback speed (1 Viewer)

Here at home we have a Panasonic HDD-recorder which supports x1.3 speed.
This way you watch & hear the video at a higher speed, e.g. when watching a recorded program which is quite boring but you still want to watch all of it (my mom does that all the time...)
Could this be implemented in MediaPortal? For me it would improve the PAF a lot.

the problem with a suggestion like this is that no one needs a function like this, until they have the chance to test and use it.
