Xmltv.dtd ? Help! (1 Viewer)

i know very little about programming. I am using mc2xml to download the New Windows info ($20 donation) and I have that working (renaming the downloaded file to tvguide.xml) now my real big problem is this whole xmltv.dtd file. I downloaded the xmltv program but can't understand how to create a dtd file for my OTA channels in zip code 83651 (Boise OTA)

Can someone smarter than me help? I would really appreciate a dtd file that I can put in that folder!
