xmltv.dtd in wrong folder (1 Viewer)

Just the tiniest bug, but maybe also easy to fix;

The xmltv.dtd file is in the wrong folder. It's put in the <MediaPortal installation folder>\xmltv, while the TVguide.xml file, which is dependend on xmltv.dtd, is nowadays saved in <Application Data>\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\xmltv. This is also where the xmltv.dtd file should have been placed...

I remember having this problem once, but ... well, it looks like it is not gonna be a problem in RC2
