Summary:

Add support for belgian people in the xmltv tv guide tool.

Description:

It is impossible to set, in the MP setup, the TV/program guide/ scheduler grabber to tv_grab_be even tough this is a legal option for the xmltv program.

So a small adjustment will add functionality to the belgian people
