I am new to Mediaportal - I install mediaportal RC4 and run TV setup , the error says No TV cards detect.
Did updated the TV card driver by Yuan website ( TV card is Funaction Oxford-700 ), confirm that this TV card is supported list on Mediaportal website.
Uninstall Mediaportal and reinstall again. Same result.

Any suggest ?
