I have installed all the drivers for my TVcard, the latest updates for windows, K Lite Codec Pack 3.4.5 and I have also installed the latest Cyberlink PowerDVD Ultra 7.3.
But still i get the error: Unable to create graph for this device
What do I have to do?

I have solved the problem. After installing cyberlink powercinema, it worked!
