How do I prevent the plugin from stripping a part of the right of the broadcast while keeping the left part?

So you want, that the IFC ignore left and right bars?
    Not really. An example...
Sometimes there is black in the right of the screen. Not a black bar, but just 'dark'. It doesn't have to do anything then, only when there is black on the right AND left.

OK I understand, I think I fixed that issue already, there was a lil logic flaw in the code :)

It was happening with the vertical correction also. Good to hear you fixed it! Great plugin, a must! :D

That's the same thing i am seeing.

Snader: Like the broadcast of RTL Boulevard at the end you mean?

Also sometimes with left and right bars, first the left bar is cut of and 8 seconds later the right bar. And sometimes in the same case it just jumps and cuts both off. This is inconsistent.

Correct, that's what I meant to say... although I do not watch RTL Boulevard...

Great. So when may we expect a new version to get released?

    Marvman,
    Thanks for the great plugin!

I asked this question with the older version and you answered but I can't find the setting anymore.

Can this plugin be set to activate only on a specific plug-in ?
Like on for MyTV and off for Moving Pictures?

I only want the plugin to work when i'm watching 4:3 TV and a commercial or show is 16:9 in a 4:3 frame.
I had the older version set to do this any nothing else.

I tried importing settings from the older version but without success.

The possibility to disable IFC for video will come with the next version.
you can disable IFC by pressing F4 (default shortcut) and toggle to snapshot or reset.

    IFC V2: Beast Unleashed -

Hey this program works like a treat on my new wide screen TV?

I tried IFC some time back on my old 25" analog TV and it did not seem to do anything and when I looked at the config it all looked so confusing to me I gave up. The other day I was scrolling through MPEI and thought why not install this latest version and see what happens. Initially I could not see that it was doing anything until yesterday when I was watching an episode of "Frasier" that I recorded and next thing I know the square picture suddenly starts resizing itself to fill the whole screen without any distortion of the picture :)

So many many thanks for this fantastic plugin. I get sick of pressing the little blue button on my remote to change aspect ratio as I hate watching stuff that doesn't fill the whole screen.

    Hi Martin,

I attached the screenshots Before => IFC Zoomed => F4 Reset
With it also the config xml.
Hope this can help fixing it. :D

    Greetings,

    Wouter
