press the stop button while not playing any video and select "switch SBS 3D on/off"

Qestion: Have you taken over this project? And - is there a need for a new patched Core.dll for 1.2.3? The one for 1.2.2 is working but the size is different - don't know if something was changed.

Okay, i compiled the core.dll for 1.2.3 and attached the files as usual.
I have tested it just for some minutes, but i haven't noticed any problems.

could you check if your problems are gone, pur_berger? thanks.

    Installation:

just extract the zip to your mediaportal directory or copy the files to the following directories:

    1. modified core.dll for 1.2.3 in C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\
    2. atmolight.dll in C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\plugins\process
    3. AtmoDXUtil.dll in C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\
    4. Interop.AtmoWinRemoteControl.dll in C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\plugins\process

    the plugin uses atmowin.
is the arduino uno supported by atmowin?
if the arduino uno is supported, the plugin will work, too.

For anyone looking for a Arduino solution in combination with Atmowin:

    http://forums.adafruit.com/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=27746

Recently put these projects online, they consist of a modified Atmowin (0.50) to support 256 led channels using the Atmolight protocol and a Arduino to drive the leds using SPI.
More details are on the project pages, there are also a couple of guides on the wiki pages for anyone willing to build it themselves.

Also still great to see Atmowin is being worked on again because with the 0.50 release everything is running stable, if there is gonna be a official Github/Bitbucket project page in the future I will commit the chances to the Atmolight protocol there.

This looks like an awesome project, I'm very keen to build one up :D

    Would this setup work?

    1 x SEDU-Board "Ambilight" V2 (http://shop.led-studien.de/product_info.php/info/p94_SEDU-Board--Ambilight--V2.html)
    1 x 5V 50 LED Colorful String Smart RGB Pixel (http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150799470033#shId)
    1 x 5V/6A PSU (Sourced Locally)

Is there anything I'm missing? Will the SEDU-Board power the LED's?

These projects will not work with the SEDU boards because they are driven by an Arduino (code is not compatible afaik).

Hi Rick164, sorry I'm wasn't looking at the Arduino project, just want to setup the standard Atmowin plugin ;)
