Schedules Direct US/Canadian/Mexico EPG Plugin (Updated August 2010) | Page 72

Thanks 2BitSculptor! I am sorry....I asked the wrong question.

I would like to setup a win task for Schedules Direct, and, I'd like to know what is the program/script that win needs to run. From the Schedules Direct download there are 2 .dll files. Should I be using one of these files, or, something else within MP? If SS .dll's, which one?

My understanding is that SD will download the data as you run it or do a "Force" via the selection in TV COnfig so when the server is reset (or stop/start). On a diff site there is mention that one can set a win task and download the data, for example, on a weekly basis. Yet, what program/script get run? IS it the .dll's? (I'd assume so, correct?) If it is, then, based on your input around TvdbLib.dll handling recorded episodes, then, the other .dll takes care of the epg download (correct)? Thanks!

p.s. Or, does this plugin automatically feel epg on a regular (frequency?) basis?

It took a while to show up, since I had 13 days of guide data that had to work its way out. But I can't seem to get past this error. Any thoughts? Does it need compiled against this version of MP?

I rebuilt the plugin with MP 1.2.3 libs... I don't use the plugin anymore... can you try it out and let me know if there are still issues?

Thanks geoffstewart for the update. You said that you don't use the plugin anymore... can we know why? Are you aware of an other method to get EPG for canadian?

I have a special request to add in the plugin... are you open to ear what my request is? It concerns Hauppauge Colossus/HDPVR users.
