Ok I solved by placing a command line directly in madVR :)

Update: I tried the MultiShortcut plugin and it doesn't work, MP still creates problems in the background, the only solution is to kill it from the taskbar. I had created a .bat file with the instructions to launch the external player (JRiver) from MP, wait 6 seconds for the start of the movie...
