Just enabled podnapisi to test and it did not find any subtitles.

Using latest version of plugins. Had disabled podnapisi without thinking I needed it. Opensubtitles works. Can't comment on moviesubtitles.

Please, always post the logs in debug mode. VideoLAN doesn't use LAV filters. Try to use MPC-HC player for comparison. Try to use different audio renderer (default or MPAudioRenderer).

Default Direct Sound Device was the problem. MPAR worked better than Dircect Sound, but is still a problem. Changed Audio Renderer to use the TV and it's working.
