Your timing is great.....I just got home myself!! :)
A little confusion for me here!
There are 2 x files in the folder......one is x86, and other is x64
Wondering if I should be selecting the x64.....since I'm installing the 64bit version?
UPDATE Transferred both files to the destination...
Am a long time MP1 user, and have successfully been running the x64 version since it first appeared.
Recently, problem of black screen when going to TV.....only recoverable by using task manager to escape MP1
Thought a reinstall might help.....it has not!
I'm running latest Win11, and am...
OK....perhaps impatient of me I know, but went for a full reinstall....and now up and running once more.

Have used MP1.38 64 successfully since it's introduction.....now something has changed.
Video folders are still present.....but now can't access the video files inside.
Perhaps it's a Win11 problem??
I've tried reinstalling ..... and encountered problems (required to download a file, and then...
Using latest 64 bit MP1......for some time.....no problems!
Now find that video has no audio.....but TV audio is fine.
Aaaaagggghhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is becoming quite irritating...........any thoughts please??
My only dalliance with Linux was when trying Ubuntu some 13 years ago....haven't revisited since that time.

So....no.....haven't tried running a TV server on a VM I'm afraid
I have a PC running Win10.....which as you know is about to lose support from MS.

I'm considering a move to something like Zorin OS on this PC, and...
