Those living on the south coast of the UK who use the Rowridge transmitter will no doubt be re-tuning their DVB-T devices to cater for the change in transmissions today.
I'm having problems. I still run 0.2.3 TV-Engine because I had it stable and WAF was high. Don't fix what isn't broken. However, I've done a scan of channels, some new ones were picked up. Some false new channels were picked up (where the name is different in my epg to the broadcasted name, fair enough). But I've lost BBC. Of all things to lose it has to be BBC!! It's still in the list but the screen is just black. Rebooted, rescanned. Same issue.
I've had a look around the web to see if I can locate the settings for a manual configuration of the channels through the configuration tool but can't find anything that looks right.
Any pointers? Quickly. I have about 5 series on Advanced Record and my wife will go nuts if I don't get it sorted. It will all be my fault of course.
Many Thanks
John
FWIW: My £10 value DVB-T box in the kitchen has picked everything up fine. This runs off the same aerial so I'm certain it's not my signal.
Update: I think the Rowridge entry in dvbt.xml is now out of date, hence there are channels on certain frequencies that aren't being picked up. Can't find anywhere online with an up to date list. I could be wrong however so feel free to correct me.
