0002172: Analog tv needs muxing filter to create TS streams (2 Viewers)

Currently TvServer needs an MPEG stream which than is transformed to a TS stream. Therefor we can't use TsWriter for timeshifting, recording etc.

We need a filter that creates a TS from a MPEG PS or MPEG2 Video and MPEG2 audio stream, including teletext data and the channel name for scanning.
