0002714: MP crashes when trying to launch Configuration if not config.xml was found a (2 Viewers)

If MediaPortal does not find the mediaportal.xml in config dir, it tries to start configuration.exe.

If the user does not accept the uac request mediaportal.exe throws an win32 exception and windows reports mp crashed.
