0002805: EVR presenter: enhancements to fast forward and rewind for higher speeds (2 Viewers)

The EVR presenter does not render samples at higher fast forward and rewind speeds as the timestamps are not matching the current vsync.

During fast forward and rewind operations time stamps needs to be ignored and any possible samples needs to be rendered.
