0002856: WatchDog fails to set the loglevel to Debug (2 Viewers)

Many bugreports from users are missing the "MediaPortal.log" file because their loglevel is not set to "Debug".

Even starting MP using the "MediaPortal Debug" shortcut (which runs WatchDog.exe -auto) won't set the loglevel to debug and generate a MediaPortal.log.
