0002889: Combined channels from two sources appear twice in channel group listing (2 Viewers)

When combining channels in TVServer configuration, channels groups combined too. If combined channels exists in same groups then you get 2 mappings to same channel.
Its easy to fix in user groups just by delete one of mappings, but impossible for AllChannels group.
