Steps to reproduce:
Open setup tv.
Go to Radio channels
Click add.
Enter a name for the channel.
Right click the tuningdetails table.
Choose add.
Enter the url of the webstream.
Press ok.
Press ok.
Go to radio mapping.
Map the created channel to the radiowebstream card.
Go to radio channels.
Press preview.
Expected behaviour:
Channel is added and preview succeeds
Actual result:
Channel is added and preview does not work.
It logs: No tuningdetails found for channel.
