NSIS fails to replace files during upgrade.
The issue seems limited to TvServer and TvClientPlugin.
For some reason, it appears that on a few PCs the TvPlugin and/or the TvService.exe are locked while NSIS does the upgrade.
Hence the file(s) can not be replaced.
The only real solution might be to detect if any of the files which will be replaced are locked.
If there is one, and we can not unlock the file (there are tools like "unlocker"), then a reboot is requested before the upgrade starts.
