Sometimes when you try to play a recording, it appears that MP has frozen. The recording does not start to play and the UI is unresponsive.
In this situation, the only remote button that seems to work is 'stop'. This returns the UI to responsiveness, and a second attempt to play the recording generally works.

which appears to pinpoint the problem to audio stream selection in TsReader. However, there is no doubt that the problem becomes more frequent when the server has been running longer (a week or more) without reboot. I have seen this on a multiseat client that has been rebooted frequently, and rebooting the server fixes it for a while.
