0003405: mpchc subtitles support for forced flag (2 Viewers)

Rework current logic as follows:
1) make all subtitle tracks selectable
2) initial state (show or not) according to configuration option "Autoload subtitles".
3) if "Autoload subtitles" turned on, selected subtitles according to language preference. if "Autoload subtitles" turned off, forced subtitles are selected (if available).
