0003440: Problems upgrading TVserver on some systems (1 Viewer)

With the release of 1.1.2 and 1.1.3 some users had problems where their TVserver was not properly updated.<br /> <br /> It seems that during 1.2.0alpha testing, the cause of this was fixed (TVService not being stopped cleanly). However, this will still affect users updating from earlier versions.
