0003506: Playlist View By render always starts with list (not respecting the users setting) (1 Viewer)

When changing the View By option for Music (and Video) playlists to either Icons or Big Icons and then exiting and re-entering the playlist window the rendered view is always List even though the setting in the menu says either Icons or Big Icons. It's not being initialized properly at window initialize.
