0003583: Using pageup or pagedown in EPG scrolls one channel at a time (2 Viewers)

If you scroll through the EPG using the pageup/pagedown buttons, it scrolls one channel at a time and updates the screen every time.

This can be very visible if the CPU is under load, and is easy to fix. The fix is in the linked thread.
