0003601: Mini guide (dialog) is not implemented correctly (1 Viewer)

Mini guide is one of the left over half-implemented non-maintained dialogs which confuse skin engine badly. It should be fixed so it inherits from GUIDialogWindow which will fix the error below as well as other possible errors.
