0003640: Bars on full screen volume bar are not set correctly when volume is muted (2 Viewers)

When volume is mute in full screen windows, number of volume bars is not correctly set. When volume is unmuted, then it's working correctly for the life time of full screen window.

Category of mantis report is general but it applies to both full screen windows: Videos / TV.
