0003714: Fullscreen tv entered when unavailable channel selected in EPG (2 Viewers)

When a unavailable (no card available) channel is selected in the epg view and another channel is running in the background, instead of only showing the error message, MediaPortal enters fullscreen tv showing the running program after the error dialog is confirmed.
