Due to load issues, FastSatfinder.com no longer allows to download dvb-s transponder lists.
This is a major issue because if a user tries to update the transponder lists inside MP-TV-Server Conf, then he can end up with his local transponder lists deleted.
This means that he is not able to scan for channels anymore.
We will host the transponder lists on our webserver for now.
