0003823: Implement MP2-Server as service (1 Viewer)

Currently the MP2-Server is running inside a small desktop window. <br /> <br /> It should be converted into a real Windows service to be allowed run to run in background.<br /> <br /> The current status window should be converted to a small tray application and be extended to show more information.
