0003903: write settings to registry when registering the filter (1 Viewer)

Currently MPAR is adding it's options to the registry when it is used the first time to play a file. <br /> It does not add the options when the filter is registered in the system because this caused a problem during initial testing. Reason for the problem is unknown.<br /> <br /> Because there are no options in the registry after installation, you can not configure MPAR in MP Configuration using the screwdriver icon (until you played at least one file).<br /> <br /> Solution is to figure out why adding the settings to the registry when registering the filter did not work / froze the deploytool/nsis during first tests.
