0004055: Add possibility to reset blacklisted thumbs (1 Viewer)

When MP videothumb creator (mtn.exe) fails to create thumb for certain file, file is recorded in videodatabase which will prevent further tries to create thumb for them.<br /> <br /> Resetting blacklisted thumbs is only possible with workaround in mediaportal.xml or with clearing VideoThumbBList table in videodatabase by using some SQLite tool.<br /> <br /> Recently, community made replacement for old mtn.exe but those files are still skipped so with adding simple option in Configuration and GUISettings user can do blacklisted files reset with simple click on a button.
