When a full-screen D3D device is created it overlays per definition any windows. MP has to initialize D3D and load resources fist for windowed mode then again for fullscreen after the splash-screen was closed.<br /> <br /> With 1.3.1 some workarounds will be included. But this need to be fixed properly. <br /> <br /> Borderless Form with Screen Resolution != D3D Fullscreen.
