0004111: rework settings section to avoid left side menu jump in hirarchy (1 Viewer)

The way the settings section is build in many skins such as titan, is outside what the "settings" section was meant to be able to do.<br /> <br /> As a result, when you access the 3rd menu level, the menu on the left will jump back to the root level.<br /> <br /> To get that working properly, a rework of the settins section is required.
