I upgraded from 1.5 to 1.6 yesterday and now when I come out of sleep mode MP freezes and I have to end the task in Task Manager.

UPDATE:
This issue is related to World Weather Lite (running version 1.2). A delay of 7 seconds needs to be added within World Weather Lite troubleshooting tab. Without the delay the MP task has to be terminated via Task Manager, even after waiting for 2 minutes plus.
